Prayer Meetings
Prayer meetings are held on the first Saturday of each month at the small hall of Holy Trinity Church Hall, St. Andrews from 9-10am, and also at Home Groups on a rota.
Our chief aim at these gatherings is to pray for The Kingdom Vineyard, but other local churches and events, as well as national and international issues are also included from time to time. We have a strong emphasis on thanking God for what He has done already, and we also make a point of recording any words, pictures, and verses He gives us during these important times of seeking His face together.
We work through a clear agenda, meetings last only an hour, and we encourage short prayers in non-religious language. No headscarf required!
Please also join us for a short time of prayer before each Sunday morning service from 10.00am until 10.10am. Just look for a “holy huddle” somewhere in the middle of the hall, and if there isn’t one, feel free to gather some friends and start one.
For details of midweek prayer meeting locations (hosted by homegroups), please see the church news or Sunday morning bulletin.
We are delighted that so many of our student members are actively involved in 24/7 prayer; but this is for all of us, not just students. For details, check out their website:
