Everything Christians can do is more effective when we do it as Church rather than as individuals, and a particular dynamic is revealed and released when we gather together to pray as a Church.

Our prayer meetings sometimes concentrate particularly on the needs and dreams of the Kingdom Vineyard (that’s who we are, after all), but our prayers usually embrace the wider community, local-to-global, as well. We seek to be disciplined about prayer: concentrating on one specified, clearly indicated topic at a time. We seek to be prophetic in prayer: listening to the Holy Spirit about how to pray and what to pray for. We seek to be inclusive in prayer: avoiding the long theological prayers that some find intimidating and we all find boring. We seek to be inventive in prayer: where time allows using several different formats in a single meeting.

We are experimenting at present with the following prayer opportunities, and we strongly recommend everyone to try and get along to at least one a month. They are always fun and always bring us closer to God.
