Dr Arch Hart – Thriving in Your Life’s Call
All of us want to enjoy the gift of life and thrive in our life’s calling, whatever that may be. Increasingly, in our culture, this requires insight and wisdom – pacing oneself for the long-haul, staying healthy and growing in a pressurised world.
Dr. Arch Hart is Professor of Psychology and Dean Emeritus at Fuller Theological Seminary in California and a practicing clinical psychologist. He is a sought after speaker around the world on stress management, depression, and the emotional hazards of life and ministry.
A prolific and respected author, his books include “Adrenaline and Stress“, “Habits of the Mind”, “Unmasking Male Depression” and “Unveiling Depression in Women”.

[...] I still take the anti-depressants and I have absolutely no intention of stopping. In my particular case it has become clear to me that neither medication nor counselling on their own could have been effective – it had to be the right combination of the two. I no longer see the counsellor but I still remember the sessions vividly and they are still effective.
